SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program Description: Cameo Surgery Center uses SMS/text messaging to send appointment reminders, confirmations, follow-up care communications, and responses to patient inquiries.
How to Opt In: You opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our online booking or contact forms and providing your cell phone number.
How to Opt Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation text and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START.
Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at 631-232-2636.
Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
Consent is Not Required: Providing consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services or scheduling an appointment with us.
Appointments & Cancellations
Submitting an appointment request through our online booking form does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation from our team.
- Consultation fee is required to confirm your consultation appointment. This fee is applied toward your surgery if you proceed.
- If you miss your appointment without canceling, we donate your fee to St. Jude's or the ASPCA.
- Please contact us at 631-232-2636 to reschedule or cancel.
